Tv mounting in Seattle & Beyond!

    Hello and thank you for spending a few moments with us here at Tv Tech. Before starting this company I spent 5 years mounting tv's for another organization. That company would often talk to us about customer service and how important it was. Phone calls would be made to customers post install to find out if they were completely satisfied and they were asked to rate us on a scale of 1 to 10. If we got a 9 it was taken to mean we had done well but the customer was not completely satisfied. The only problem was our managers wanted us off each job site as fast as possible. Production speed was equal to or more important than customer service. That was a big motivator for me when starting this business. I wanted to be able to give the customer the best install possible without being under the gun from some manager calling and asking why we were still on a particular job site. Our mission is to work with our customers to give them the best results possible and at the end of the day they know that we really care about their satisfaction.....because we do!        Steve
